Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead mid-market customer experience product strategy. You will shape capabilities for growing businesses and BPO operators, engaging customers, partners, and internal teams to define market opportunities and bring omnichannel and AI-powered experiences to market.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver products from concept through launch and adoption, establish success metrics, and influence executive

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS Product Management experience
• Experience serving mid-market, enterprise, or BPO customer segments
• Translate customer needs into product strategy and measurable outcomes
• Customer discovery and influencing product direction
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven prioritization
• Familiarity with omnichannel engagement and AI-enabled tools
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for mid-market CX solutions serving 100–2,500 employees and BPOs
• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand needs
• Prioritize investments across omnichannel, shared inboxes, agent workspaces, workflows, routing, analytics, and AI tools
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM to take products from concept to launch
• Lead product discovery to validate opportunities and gather feedback
• Drive launches and adoption strategies for mid-market growth
• Define success metrics using insights, KPIs, and telemetry; collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success
• Influence executives with data-driven business cases
• Leverage AI tools to improve discovery, prototyping, decision-making, and execution
