Job summary

Intuit’s Virtual Expert Platform connects customers with credentialed tax professionals, bookkeepers, and accountants through world-class digital experiences. As a Senior Staff PM on the Digital Help team, you’ll own the AI-powered Digital Assistant and Voice experience that makes every customer-to-expert connection faster, smarter, and more trusted.

You will define the product roadmap for AI-driven interactions, collaborate across teams, and use customer insight to prioritize bets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS products with a focus on AI, conversational AI, or voice platforms.
• Ability to take products from 0 to 1 and scale them across cross-functional teams.
• Deep fluency with AI/ML concepts as applied to customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered Digital Assistant and Voice experience.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations to deliver platform synergies.
• Use customer empathy and data to identify high-impact problems and prioritize bets.
• Champion a global-by-design approach for worldwide customers and professionals.
• Stay at the leading edge of AI to improve experiences for customers and experts.
