Job summary

Amazon Key - Ring seeks a hands-on Sr Product Manager to own hardware, firmware, and software products end-to-end. You will craft AI-powered experiences, write specifications, and prototype solutions while partnering with hardware and software engineers to ship high-impact products for consumer and business customers.

You will work cross-functionally with design, operations, legal, marketing, and executives to define strategy, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and proven experience owning roadmap strategy.
• Ability to define detailed requirements and translate them into specs.
• Experience delivering and trading off features in a product roadmap.
• Track record influencing engineering decisions and architectures.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Ability to represent diverse customers and stakeholders in prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products—hands-on from concept to ship.
• Lead product strategy with AI-native experiences and data-driven roadmaps.
• Write business requirements, user stories, and technical specs for engineering.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, creating mocks and basic prototypes.
• Partner daily with software and hardware teams; participate in design reviews and trade-off calls.
• Manage backlog and trade-offs among feedback, opportunities, performance, and load.
• Identify and resolve strategic/technical issues to meet goals.
• Drive measurable outcomes with defined success metrics and data-driven iteration.
