Sephora in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Supply Chain and Merchandising Systems. This hands-on, AI-enabled role leads complex, multi-year transformations across supply chain, distribution, transportation, and merchandising platforms.

The role manages integrated planning, governance, risk, and executive reporting, while shaping agent-assisted workflows and AI-driven delivery management. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years PM experience in supply chain/merchandising and operations.
7+ years leading teams and multiple projects.
Strong organizational and process orientation.

Responsibilities

Annual roadmap planning and dependency identification.
Portfolio reporting and statusing.
AI-powered analytics, risk modeling, scenario planning, and automated reporting to improve portfolio visibility.
Mentor PMs on PMO standards, delivery excellence, AI-first ways of working.
Drive process improvements across teams through AI-enabled analysis, governance automation.
Lead multi-year initiatives focused on Retail and Martech.
End-to-end leadership across all phases of the program, including planning and execution.
Collaborate with Retail, Martech, Product, Engineering, Architecture and senior leadership to manage dependencies and delivery.
