Sephora is seeking a Senior Engineering Systems Manager, DC Planning and Engineering, to lead system implementation and optimization across the Sephora Logistics Network. You will develop roadmaps for WMS, WES, robotics software, and reporting tools while owning system administration and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities include project management for all network software installs, cost analyses, and collaboration with IT and DC operations to drive improvements.

Formación

• 12+ years of industrial engineering experience in distribution with a focus on systems and software.
• Experience implementing software systems in Logistics, with emphasis on WMS/WES/WCS and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to work with IT, DC Operations, and Leadership to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own project management for all network logistics systems and software installs.
• Optimize software processes in distribution centers through enhancements and updates.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses to support DC design and system choices.
• Lead KPI reporting daily, weekly, and monthly for the logistics network.
• Travel to other distribution centers as needed (approx. 25%).
