Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end people initiatives within the AWS Support PXT organization. You will leverage data and AI to inform decisions, and collaborate across AWS Support and broader Amazon teams to transform workforce models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and end-to-end execution of strategic people initiatives across AWS Support PXT.
• Experiment with and leverage AI tools to enhance people processes.
• Drive talent management and development initiatives to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Own and drive the PXT business rhythm including planning cycles and reviews.
• Act as the central nervous system for the Support PXT team.
• Identify obstacles and prioritize changes to maximize impact.
• Lead and contribute to written narratives for senior leadership.
• Develop processes across geographically distributed teams within AWS Support.
