The AWS Support People eXperience Team (PXT) exists to accelerate the trajectory of the Support business by building and scaling people strategies and operating models in an AI-augmented environment.
In the Sr Program Manager role, you will lead end-to-end execution of people initiatives, leverage data and emerging AI capabilities to inform decisions, and operate across a wide range of problem-solving scenarios from strategic to real‑time. As Support evolves its workforce model creating new roles, redefining existing ones, and building capabilities at the intersection of human judgment and AI, you will design and drive the people initiatives that enable that transformation.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, thinks big, and drives change through metrics, experimentation, and a genuine curiosity for how AI can transform people processes. You earn trust, have strong ownership, and bring a track record of delivering results in complex, global organizations. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
