Job summary

K Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Clinician Experience to ship AI-powered tools within major health systems. You will own clinician-facing workflows, surface AI context, and partner with engineering, ML, clinical teams and health-system collaborators.

You will drive product strategy, define success metrics, and advocate for safe, explainable AI in regulated care settings. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for reducing clinician workload.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or B2B2C software, with at least one end-to-end launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinician-facing product surface and end-to-end encounter workflow.
• Work with engineering, ML, clinical, design and partner teams to translate clinical needs into product behavior.
• Define metrics, measure impact, and drive data-informed decisions in a regulated health-care context.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with external health-system partners and internal stakeholders.
