Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a Senior Product Manager for RLD Intelligence in Lehi, Utah. You will own end-user proposition, experience, and market positioning for RLD Intelligence, translating platform capabilities into differentiated products and actionable insights that drive safety and compliance improvements across the RLD360 portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management experience in analytics, data, or AI-driven products.
• Proven success defining end-user data products or intelligence platforms.
• Strong product thinking around user experience and persona-based design.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into customer-facing products.
• Experience working across multiple product domains.
• Desirable experience in healthcare technology or workforce solutions, AI/conversational products, benchmarking or analytics products, Databricks or modern data platforms, and enterprise SaaS product strategy.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, market-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the RLD Intelligence end-user proposition and experience across the RLD360 platform portfolio.
• Translate data platform capabilities into market-facing intelligence products and AI-enabled interventions.
• Design persona-based experiences for operational leaders, executives, and frontline users.
• Define conversational AI and AI-sidekick experiences embedded within RLD Intelligence.
• Partner with product, technical, and business leadership to maximize business value.
• Establish RLD Intelligence positioning, packaging, and value proposition across NAM markets.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities, products, and commercial offerings derived from RLDatix data.
