Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience in SaaS, healthcare tech, or related software.
• Built or significantly shaped products or workflows in ambiguous environments.
• Able to work across data, operations, engineering, and client-facing teams to uncover the real problem.
• Strong product judgment for discovery, pragmatic decisions, and delivery.
• Able to translate complex workflows and data concepts into clear requirements.
• Familiar with AI product tools to improve speed and collaboration.
• Experience in high-growth organizations with ownership and follow-through.
• Clear communication with executives, peers, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and direction for a portfolio of products solving workflow, reporting, and decision problems.
• Collaborate with internal users, client-facing teams, operations, analytics, and engineering.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear decisions, backlog items, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to balance speed, quality, feasibility, and impact.
• Lead backlog refinement and release planning with clear execution.
• Leverage AI prototyping tools to ideate and evaluate ideas.
• Strengthen how RIS Rx discovers, prioritizes, measures, and communicates work.
