You’ll own discovery and execution for internal and external product experiences, translating complex healthcare needs into actionable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management in SaaS, healthcare technology, data-focused products, analytics, or related software.
• Built or significantly shaped products in ambiguous environments with undefined paths.
• Translate complex workflows and data concepts into clear product requirements for engineers.
• Experience exploring and leveraging AI product tools to speed collaboration and decision-making.
• Experience in high-growth organizations with ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives, peers, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data quality, reporting, analytics, or governance concepts.
• Experience in healthcare tech, pharma copay, patient access programs, or healthcare claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and product direction for a portfolio of products focused on workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal users, client-facing teams, operations, analytics, and engineering to understand workflows and opportunities.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions, prioritized work, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to move from problem definition to delivery, balancing speed, quality, feasibility, and impact.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and day-to-day execution with clarity.
• Leverage AI prototyping tools to conceptualize and evaluate ideas.
• Strengthen how RIS Rx discovers, prioritizes, measures, and communicates product work.
