Job summary

RELX INC is seeking a Product Manager II, Analytics to improve analytics experiences for customers and internal teams within the Healthcare Education portfolio. You will own initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customer-facing teams to deliver practical AI-enabled analytics solutions.

You will translate complex data into clear requirements, maintain a prioritised backlog, and track adoption and impact while upholding data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, technology, analytics, or related field.
• Experience delivering digital products from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Familiar with analytics or AI-enabled products and translating data into customer value.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and dependencies in an agile environment.
• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics features from discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Clarify user problems and business goals through research, feedback, product data, and customer-facing input.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, effort, and dependencies.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, SMEs, and customer-facing teams to develop and launch solutions.
• Identify ways analytics and AI can simplify workflows, surface insights, and support decision-making.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and communicate progress, decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Track adoption, usability, and impact; use results to guide improvements while considering data privacy and user trust in AI.
