Job summary

RLDatix in Lehi, Utah seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications. You will design and execute test plans, balance manual and automated testing, and support release readiness on a fast-moving product.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing and close collaboration with engineering, product, and support teams. You’ll commute to the Lehi office four days a week with remote Wednesdays, enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality engineering or related software delivery roles.
• Hands-on proficiency in Playwright.
• Experience with manual and automated testing, including regression testing.
• Ability to use SQL queries to troubleshoot and validate application behavior.
• Strong documentation and maintainable test design.

Responsibilities

• Test development items throughout each sprint, plan and execute manual and automated regression testing before releases, and validate new features against requirements.
• Document defects clearly, partner with developers to resolve issues, verify fixes through release.
• Create, maintain, and expand automated tests using Playwright and SQL validation; troubleshoot data with MySQL/MS SQL Server.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support test automation, while ensuring outputs align with product behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other quality engineers; communicate testing status and risks clearly.
