Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Document Management to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own document, policy, and procedure workflows, partnering with design and engineering to craft intuitive agent experiences that strengthen security programs.

As a highly cross-functional role, you will turn customer needs into high-quality product solutions with strong interaction patterns and clear business impact, while shaping the culture of the growing product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B and AI products
• Strong technical skills in shipping AI products
• Customer-focused mindset with experience synthesizing feedback
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep interest in the AI/ML ecosystem
• Data-driven approach to inform product roadmap and prioritization
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI applications

Responsibilities

• Own document, policy, and procedure workflows for agentic content management
• Build agent workflows to help customers evolve their security programs
• Translate customer needs into effective agent experiences
• Collaborate with design and engineering for consistent interaction patterns
