Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Document Management to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own document, policy, and procedure workflows, partnering with design and engineering to craft intuitive agent experiences that strengthen security programs.

As a highly cross-functional role, you will turn customer needs into high-quality product solutions with strong interaction patterns and clear business impact, while shaping the culture of the growing product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B and AI products
• Strong technical skills in shipping AI products
• Customer-focused mindset with experience synthesizing feedback
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep interest in the AI/ML ecosystem
• Data-driven approach to inform product roadmap and prioritization
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about AI applications

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Document Management to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own a critical set of document, policy, and procedure workflows that support an intelligent content management experience. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with design and engineering to define intuitive agent experiences that help customers strengthen and evolve their security programs. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on turning customer needs into high-quality product solutions with strong interaction patterns and clear business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually
