Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks a Senior Product Manager for Intelligent Document Processing and OCR automation. You will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for customer-facing SaaS, focusing on document workflows, data extraction, AI-enabled processes, and cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

6+ years of Product Management experience in software, with 7+ years preferred.
Commercial, customer-facing B2B SaaS products experience.
Cloud-based or SaaS product building or scaling experience.
End-to-end product ownership from discovery to post-launch iteration.

Responsibilities

Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for customer-facing SaaS.
Identify new product opportunities using customer discovery and market insights.
Lead initiatives from ideation through MVP, launch, scaling, and measurement.
Own document-oriented workflows including ingestion, classification, extraction, validation and sharing.
Collaborate with Engineering on architecture, reliability, security, and priorities.
Translate customer problems into measurable product requirements and outcomes.
Balance innovation with fixed deadlines under constrained engineering capacity.
Communicate priorities and risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
