Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Handbooks and Compliance Learning products, covering multi-state compliance and onboarding. You will shape product direction across channels including our own platform and partner integrations, driving policy changes into tooling and payroll workflows.

You will collaborate with legal, HR, and engineering to ensure accuracy, speed, and measurable impact on customers and partners across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience serving two or more distinct audiences for the same product.
• Proven practice of writing product requirements and decision documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer problem across channels and partner ecosystems.
• Lead continuous customer discovery with employers, brokers, and partners.
• Shape AI-native experiences with expert review in the loop.
• Deliver and measure outcomes with defined success metrics.
