Job summary

Mitratech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Handbooks, Compliance Learning, and Multi-State Compliance.

You will drive product direction across channels, partnerships, and AI-enabled experiences while coordinating policy changes, notices, training, and payroll integration for complex, multi-location employers. You will work with governance and intelligence core teams to deliver compliant, efficient workflows and measurable outcomes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, owning a product area end-to-end.
• Proven ability to conduct continuous customer discovery and synthesize insights.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer problem across channels including internal and partner platforms.
• Define outcomes, prioritize backlog, and drive launch and adoption.
• Lead discovery with customers, brokers, and subject-matter experts and validate solutions.
• Shape AI-native experiences with clear human review points and governance.
• Write PRDs and decision documents for engineering, design, and content teams.
