Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning a product area end to end (problem definition through launch)
• Experience serving multiple distinct audiences within the same product ecosystem
• Ability to write concise, decision-ready product requirements for engineers
• Experience defining success metrics and monitoring product performance
• Experience collaborating with legal/compliance professionals in regulated fields
• Experience with API-delivered, embedded, or partner-distributed products
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction HR requirements or similar regulatory domain
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Own the problem and product direction for handbooks, compliance learning, and multi-state management
• Lead customer discovery through interviews and feedback reviews
• Translate research into explicit, testable assumptions for product decisions
• Collaborate with design to validate solutions via prototypes and experiments
• Oversee handbook lifecycle and compliance workflows across jurisdictions
• Develop multi-state management capabilities with policy triggers and alerts
• Design onboarding and policy distribution workflows with integrations to payroll/HR systems
• Define product delivery across direct experiences, partner platforms, chat, and APIs
• Produce clear product requirements and manage backlog and launches
• Monitor and communicate product performance with evidence-based adjustments
• Enable partners to articulate product value and support successful adoption
