Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management Tech to own the strategy and execution for the associate platform across high-volume contact domains.

You will shape the agent-facing experience, reduce friction, and partner with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to drive impact at scale. The role requires building and leading PM teams across domains, delivering end-to-end solutions, and communicating a clear data-backed narrative to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in technical product or program management.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product initiatives.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs.
• 3+ years of team management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the associate platform across digital products, devices, subscriptions, and account contact types—through requirements, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Build an AI-native agent experience with real-time context and resolution guidance to improve first contact outcomes.
• Drive workflow simplification by reducing specialized tooling and enabling flexible domain handling.
• Build and scale a high-performing PM team for each domain.
• Partner cross-functionally with customer-facing teams, engineering, data science, BI, UX, and operations on roadmaps and adoption.
• Deliver the 2026 strategic initiative with on-time cross-functional coordination.
• Represent the portfolio in senior leadership reviews with data-backed narratives.
