Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Analytics AI product area, a cluster of challenges at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and analytics UX. You will oversee the Analytics Agent, Klaviyo's in-product AI inside Composer that answers performance questions and surfaces insights.

You will also lead AI-native analytics UX, query infrastructure modernization, and multi-brand analytics experiences within Klaviyo's platform.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for the Analytics Agent across multiple pillars (Trust, Intelligence, Breadth, Foundation, Experience).
• Build and own the quality measurement system for the Analytics Agent, including eval design and scoring.
