Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own both ML model outcomes and the platform enabling their development and deployment. You will connect model improvements to customer impact and business value in a high-scale environment.

As the sole PM embedded with an ML engineering team, you will balance modeling and infrastructure priorities, driving roadmaps and ensuring reliability and cost efficiency. The role combines technical credibility with strategic product leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally owning ML, AI, or data platform products in production.
• Working knowledge of ML systems — training pipelines, model serving, experiment tracking, feature stores, or related infrastructure.
• Ability to translate ML infrastructure concepts into business impact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for core predictive and generative ML models and the platform that enables them.
• Define quality metrics and evaluation frameworks for model families and ensure improvements compound over time.
• Shape build vs. buy decisions across the ML stack and ensure the platform evolves ahead of needs.
