Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Manager in the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) to lead the product strategy for internal builder platforms, including cloud infrastructure and AI tooling. You will partner with Platform Infrastructure, Architecture CoE, and CyberOps to deliver secure, scalable developer tools for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience defining product strategy and delivering enterprise platform products.
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams across the SDLC.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for builder platforms with cloud and AI tooling.
• Lead governance forums and prioritize backlog across multiple initiatives.
• Mentor a team of product managers and analysts; align with senior leadership.
• Partner with Platform Infrastructure and CyberOps to embed secure development practices.
• Stay current with AI developer tooling and modern software practices.
