Job summary

Klaviyos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Analytics AI product area—a cluster of challenges at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and analytics UX. The primary ownership is the Analytics Agent inside Composer, delivering trustworthy insights and grounding data for other agent-based features.

The role covers analytics UX, query infrastructure modernization, multi-brand analytics experiences, and platform health for core reporting.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of product management experience
Hands-on experience building AI or ML-powered products
Strong data/analytics product background in analytics, reporting or BI
UX judgment for complex data experiences and data-driven decisions
Experience translating architecture shifts into product decisions and customer value

Responsibilities

Own strategy and roadmap for Analytics Agent across five pillars: Trust, Intelligence, Breadth, Foundation, Experience
Build and own the analytics quality measurement system with evals and production cases
Define AI-driven analytics UX integrating charting infrastructure with analytics platform
Lead PM-side transition of query infrastructure and migration priorities
Collaborate with Enterprise teams on multi-account analytics experiences
Drive cross-functional alignment across platform, feature and infra teams
Write rigorous product specs for AI/data-heavy features and platform changes
Maintain health and reliability of core reporting surfaces
