Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or internal tools.
- Experience leading AI/ML initiatives and automation projects.
- Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Own the project lifecycle management and program execution for the ARIA platform: coordinate how employees interact with AI-powered tools.
- Build and scale employee-facing automation workflows across departments to surface insights and reduce manual work.
- Drive AI-powered integrations with HRIS, ticketing, messaging and knowledge systems.
- Partner with IT and Business Operations to translate needs into feasible product solutions.
- Define and execute a responsible AI adoption strategy with governance and enablement.
- Establish and track delivery metrics, reporting adoption and business impact.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance to meet data privacy standards.
- Evaluate new AI vendors and platforms; lead build vs buy decisions for automation.
