Job summary

Klaviyo in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Analytics AI, including Analytics Agent and AI-generated dashboards. You will shape strategy at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and analytics UX.

Lead the PM-side of analytics infra modernization, drive multi-brand enterprise experiences, and partner with engineering and data teams to deliver trustworthy, actionable insights across Klaviyo’s platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience
• Hands-on experience building AI or ML-powered products
• Strong data/analytics product background with focus on metrics and data accuracy
• UX judgment for complex data experiences and translating queries into intuitive patterns
• Ability to influence multi-team roadmaps without direct authority
• Experience with data infrastructure, AI features, and enterprise analytics

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for Analytics Agent across multiple pillars (Trust, Intelligence, Breadth, Foundation, Experience)
• Define and measure quality evals for AI features and produce reliable weekly insights
• Own AI-generated analytics UX, integrating charts and dashboards with data platforms
• Guide the transition of Klaviyo's query infrastructure to enable new analytics capabilities
• Collaborate with Enterprise and multi-brand teams to align analytics experiences across products
• Write rigorous specs for data-heavy and AI features, addressing edge cases and tradeoffs
• Maintain health and reliability of core reporting surfaces
