Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access. Lead strategy to provide secure, governed third-party AI agent access to Google Workspace, enabling live data collaboration and scalable collaboration across tens of thousands of associates.

You will define the road map for read-write access, build API/broker layers, and drive adoption while ensuring guardrails and robust security and compliance with Risk and Cyber teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, or a Bachelor's with 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define the GWS Agent Access Strategy: own the roadmap for third-party AI agents access Google Workspace context and actions.
• Build the API & MCP Broker Layer to enable agentic tools to act on Google Workspace on an associate's behalf.
• Drive Adoption & Behavior Change to move from local copies to live data accessed by agents.
• Define Safe & Efficient Usage Patterns with guardrails for agent use.
• Drive Security and Compliance by partnering with Risk and Cyber teams to ensure authentication, authorization, and auditing of API calls.
