Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access to lead the strategy and development of secure, governed access for third‑party AI agents into Google Workspace. You will drive how agents read and write Workspace data, enabling live data collaboration while ensuring safety, security, and compliance across Capital One’s workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, OR analytics, CS, etc.).
• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define the GWS Agent Access Strategy: Own the roadmap for third‑party AI agents access to Google Workspace.
• Build the API & MCP Broker Layer: Drive the API/broker layer for agentic tools.
• Drive Adoption & Behavior Change: Move from manual data handling to live data access by agents.
• Define Safe & Efficient Usage Patterns: Establish guardrails for agent use balancing efficiency and risk.
• Drive Security and Compliance: Ensure API calls are authenticated, authorized, and audited.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
