Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access to lead the strategy and development of secure, governed access for third-party AI agents into Google Workspace. You will shape how agents read and write workspace data on behalf of associates and enable integration through a reusable governance pattern.

In this high-visibility role you will partner with Risk and Cyber teams, drive adoption of live data over local copies, and guide cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable product outcomes.
• Understanding of product management in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the GWS Agent Access Strategy and roadmap.
• Build the API & MCP Broker Layer for Google Workspace access.
• Drive adoption of live data access over local copies.
• Establish guardrails for secure, compliant agent usage and governance.
