Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access to lead the strategy and development of secure, governed access for third-party AI agents into Google Workspace. The role focuses on enabling live data interactions, governance patterns, and cross-functional collaboration across risk, cyber, and product teams.

You will define the roadmap, drive adoption, and balance efficiency with governance while shaping how AI agents interact with productivity tools

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field by start date.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define the Google Workspace Agent Access strategy and roadmap.
• Build API/broker layer enabling agent actions on Workspace data.
• Drive adoption by shifting to live data access via agents.
• Establish guardrails for safe and efficient agent usage.
• Partner with Risk and Cyber to ensure authenticated and audited calls.
