Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access to lead strategy and development of secure, governed access for third-party AI agents into Google Workspace. You will shape how agents read and write Workspace data, create a scalable governance pattern, and enable live data usage across tens of thousands of associates.

In this role you will define the roadmap, build the API/broker layer, and drive adoption while establishing guardrails for safe usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Mechanical Eng, Information Systems or related)
Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

Define roadmap for Google Workspace Agent Access strategy to enable read/write actions
Build API/broker layer for agent actions on Google Workspace on an associate’s behalf
Drive adoption by moving from manual local copies to live data accessed by agents
Define usage patterns with guardrails for efficient and safe agent actions
Collaborate with Risk and Cyber teams to ensure authenticated, authorized, and audited API calls
