Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity Inventory, Correlation, and Graph to lead a core data capability that unifies dispersed accounts and permissions across enterprise environments.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to define strategy, drive delivery, and support secure, scalable access insights within an API-first architecture. Remote-US only, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
• Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, including large language models and multi-agent systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals.
• Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices for enterprise software and AI products.
• Demonstrated experience managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the identity graph and correlation service to unify scattered accounts.
• Own the inventory and resource explorer for other products.
• Define how effective access is computed and ensure consistency across permissions.
• Publish contracts, schemas, and a change feed for team data.
• Set latency and consistency classes for graph queries.
• Converge existing correlation and graph stores with operational teams.
• Validate replacement data paths before switching over to them.
• Design services for product teams to adopt without custom integration.
• Maintain tenant isolation across a shared data set.
• Track team onboarding to contracts and promote API-first design.
