Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Agentic Applications in New York or San Jose to guide product strategy from ideation to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy agentic workflows, replacing legacy processes with AI-powered solutions across rewards, benefits, and performance management.

The role emphasizes partnering with AI architects, establishing evaluation standards, and delivering scalable platform capabilities at Google scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience with cross-functional product strategy across enterprise systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product goal, strategy, and roadmap for agentic applications across the PRGM portfolio.
• Lead the end-to-end design and launch of Agentic Application Services that combine conversational and proactive AI agents with enterprise workflows for compensation, total rewards, benefits navigation, and performance management.
• Partner with Engineering and AI Architects to build on the agentic platform, leveraging Agent-to-Model and A2A orchestration, MCP tool ecosystems, and governed Data grounding.
• Establish AI evaluation and quality standards, including golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge autoraters, human-in-the-loop domain calibration, latency SLAs, and privacy and compliance guardrails.
• Provide functional product leadership to cross-functional pods of Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, and UX designers to translate global policy and business rules into scalable platform capabilities.
