Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Product Manager for Agentic Applications to guide product strategy and execution across total rewards, benefits, and performance management. You will work with cross-functional teams to replace legacy workflows with intelligent agents and drive decision-making at scale.

As Customer Zero for Gemini models, you will define orchestration patterns, evaluate AI accuracy, and ensure privacy while delivering enterprise-grade AI experiences for Googlers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows, including grounding/RAG architectures, tool use, or AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with cross-functional product strategy across enterprise systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for agentic applications within PRGM.
• Lead end-to-end design and launch of Agentic Application Services integrating AI agents with enterprise workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and AI Architects to build on the agentic platform and orchestration ecosystems.
• Establish AI evaluation and quality standards including privacy guardrails and latency SLAs.
• Provide functional leadership to cross-functional teams to translate policy into scalable platform capabilities.
