Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Data and Systems Platform. You’ll guide products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business worlds, and driving a strategic, platform-wide approach across Hiring, Onboarding, Talent, Learning, and HR Support.

You will own a foundational pillar of Google's AI platform, spanning agentic capabilities, enterprise people data products, developer experiences, and automated evaluation frameworks, delivering measurable value to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of product management or related technical role.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience managing AI/ML or generative AI products, including: agentic workflows, model optimization, and retrieval/evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive upstream product strategy, multi-quarter goals, and roadmap for AI data/platform.
• Identify high-impact problems and translate them into reusable platform products with measurable ROI.
• Define clear product boundaries between platform capabilities and domain-specific apps (build once, reuse everywhere).
• Collaborate with Data Science, Security, Privacy, and Legal to establish empirical governance and automated evaluation.
• Lead cross-organizational alignment across Google to accelerate time-to-value and reduce duplication.
