Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead aerospace industrial and logistics facility construction projects, including MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities. This role offers a hybrid schedule onsite in Clearwater, FL and may require up to 10%-20% travel to client facilities.

You will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, and risks. Ideal candidates have 8-10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP/LEED/ CCM is

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• MS Project, Kahua or similar PM software experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Prepare scope, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk management with clients.
• Lead charter development, timelines, and resource planning.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and escalation as needed.
• Coach team members and drive cross-discipline collaboration.
