Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Project Manager for an aerospace industrial and logistics client account. You will oversee MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities, leading projects from initiation to closeout.

The role is hybrid onsite in Clearwater, FL with up to 10–20% travel to client facilities; you will coordinate scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and quality control across multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates/budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations; recommend resources.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines; ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated as needed.
• Lead regular meetings to review project status and guide teams through implementation and completion.
• Contribute to new processes and standards to achieve functional goals.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services for our aerospace industrial and logistics client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Construction projects consist of MEP infrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities including manufacturing, warehouse, and R&D.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. This role offers a hybrid schedule onsite in Clearwater, FL and may require up to 10%-20% out-of-town travel to client facilities.

What You’ll Do

Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.

Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

What You’ll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required. Bluebeam experience is beneficial.
