Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction in Rhode Island is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a track record in complex advanced tech/manufacturing construction. You will lead project delivery, manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while upholding Shawmut's standards for safety and quality.

This role requires experience with regulated programs, preconstruction through completion, and coordinating design consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3-5 years managing large complex projects, especially in Defense, Light, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on numerous construction management tasks, including project execution and financial management.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors at the appropriate level.
• Ensure timely completion of Shawmut financial processes, controls, and reports.
