Responsibilities

• Oversees on-site activity, manpower, materials and scheduling.
• Ensures safety is the number one priority on the jobsite and conducts safety meetings.
• Reviews plans and specs, identifies prefab opportunities, and coordinates with CAD designer.
• Directs coordination meetings and signs off on drawings and submittals.
• Manages subcontractors and vendors, ensuring productivity and quality on schedule.
