Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is assisting an established North Austin engineering firm in recruiting a Senior Plumbing Project Manager / Licensed P.E. to lead plumbing design and coordinate multidisciplinary MEP work from concept through construction in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of plumbing engineering experience required.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing engineering design, analysis, and system calculations for multiple building projects.
• Develop plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Perform engineering studies, evaluations and cost analyses.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural teams.
• Serve as primary client contact for plumbing projects and mentor staff.
• Conduct site visits and construction administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and standards.
• Support QA/QC processes and contribute to business development.
