Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Licensed P.E. to lead MEP building projects and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will act as both lead electrical engineer and project manager to deliver design and construction with quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate holds a Texas P.E., a bachelor's degree in engineering, 8–10+ years of electrical experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Active Texas P.E. license.
• 8–10+ years electrical engineering experience.
• Project management experience in consulting/MEP design.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering analysis, calculations, and system design.
• Develop electrical plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Prepare project cost estimates and technical reports.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate electrical design with plumbing, mechanical, architectural, and structural teams.
• Lead project meetings and client communications.
