Job summary

PE licensure required.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee full plumbing engineering design on multiple projects.
Provide high level technical leadership, quality review, and problem-solving.
Design and evaluate domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, and specialty plumbing systems.
Represent SHP with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Prepare and oversee reports, specifications, and final engineering deliverables.
Establish project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans; ensure projects meet goals.
Supervise and mentor engineering staff; support development of team capabilities.
Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic planning.
