Stantec’s Northeast practice is seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer to join the MEP team. You will design a broad range of plumbing systems from conceptual design through construction documents, skilled in Revit.

Requirements include a degree in Drafting/Design with at least 5 years of plumbing experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and CPD credential is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality design documents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Drafting/Design from an accredited college or technical school.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience designing plumbing systems is required.
• Certified Plumbing Design (CPD) credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the design team from conceptual design through construction documents for plumbing systems.
• Develop conceptual design options and produce final construction documents with the client.
• Produce plumbing design documents using Revit, including calculations and specifications.
• Organize project requirements with minimal direction.
• Apply knowledge of plumbing codes and regulatory requirements.
