Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Plumbing Designer to join our US Northeast Buildings practice. You will design a broad range of plumbing systems from concept through construction documents, mentoring junior staff and coordinating with the MEP team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive plumbing design experience; PE/CPD credentials are preferred. Strong Revit skills and knowledge of local codes are essential for success in this hybrid/onsite position across several US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 10+ years of plumbing design experience.
• PE and/or CPD credentials preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and plumbing design software.

Responsibilities

• Design sanitary, vent, storm, domestic water distribution, purified water, and medical gas systems through construction documents.
• Produce plumbing and fire sprinkler design documents using Revit.
• Mentor Designers and Interns; work with project team.
• Ensure code compliance and design standards adherence.
