Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team seeks an experienced Plumbing Designer to join the Northeast practice. You will contribute to MEP design, producing plumbing systems from concept through construction documents, using Revit and AutoCAD. Strong collaboration with clients and team members is essential.

Requirements include a degree in Drafting/Design, at least 5 years of plumbing design experience, and CPD preferred. The role offers full-time hours with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Drafting/Design from an accredited college or technical school.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience designing plumbing systems.
• CPD credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing systems from conceptual to construction documents.
• Design, size, select, schedule, and specify plumbing components and equipment.
• Produce plumbing design documents using Revit with calculations and specs.
• Coordinate with design team and client to finalize construction documents.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs; perform site observations for design conformance.
