Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Plumber III to lead advanced plumbing projects in Fairfax, VA. You will oversee installations, renovations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring adherence to plumbing codes and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to read complex blueprints. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients and contractors to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of plumbing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity, including installations, renovations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss requirements and progress.
• Supervise and mentor plumbing teams, including junior plumbers and apprentices.
