Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Plumber III to lead complex plumbing projects and provide technical leadership within the team. You will review blueprints, ensure code compliance, and oversee materials, scheduling, and budgets.

The role requires strong problem-solving and exceptional leadership abilities. The candidate will supervise junior plumbers and apprentices, coordinate with clients and contractors, and mentor team members while staying current with industry standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience as a plumber.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity, including new installations, renovations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and mentor plumbing teams, including junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
• Develop and implement solutions for troubleshooting plumbing problems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Keep job sites clean and dispose of waste properly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of work and progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in codes and regulations.
