Spotlock is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead projects from field work through completion. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting residential, commercial, and development projects in the Feasterville area.

The candidate will perform boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys, provide stakeout and construction layout, and develop relationships with clients and industry professionals. Independent work with project ownership is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional land surveying experience preferred.
• Strong experience with boundary surveys and boundary analysis; ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Experience with construction layout and stakeout; subdivisions and land development.
• Familiarity with minor grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects and interact with clients.

• Perform and oversee a variety of surveying projects from field work to final calculations and plans.
• Lead boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction stakeout.
• Prepare survey calculations and plans and coordinate with civil engineering teams.
• Develop client relationships and pursue business-development opportunities.
• Present findings to clients and professionals; work independently on multiple projects.
