The role involves overseeing land surveying projects from fieldwork through final deliverables and ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate holds a Pennsylvania PLS license or strong eligibility, with experience in boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills to support client

Qualifications

PA PLS license required or strongly preferred.
Experience with boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee land surveying projects from fieldwork through final deliverables.
Review survey data, boundary surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
Coordinate with field crews, engineers, clients, and project managers.
Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations.
Assist with project planning, quality control, and client communication.
