Spotlock is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager / Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead projects in Doylestown, PA. You will oversee field and office teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires an active PA PLS license and 7+ years of land surveying with project management responsibilities. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS/GNSS is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Pennsylvania.
• 7+ years of land surveying experience, including project management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of boundary surveying, boundary law, title research, and land development processes.
• Experience managing multiple surveying projects with field and office personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveying projects through all phases of completion including boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, subdivision, and construction layout surveys.
• Coordinate field crews and office personnel to ensure accurate data collection, efficient workflows, and timely deliverables.
• Review, prepare, and certify survey plans, documents, and legal descriptions per PA regulations.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project resources and monitor budgets to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, municipal reps, and contractors throughout projects.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to surveyors, CAD techs, and field staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
